Delivery Information

Printed products lead times are dependent on the client supplying any logos, images, information etc. that we require quickly.  And then signing off the final design as soon as possible.  The artwork approval process is carried out via our support ticket system.

Free delivery is to within the UK only, though for Inverness, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Paisley and Aberdeen delivery may take a day or two longer.

The final design must be approved by the client before 1pm, in order for it to go to print the following day. Once the design has gone to print the items should arrive with the client within 4 to 5 working days.

We are sometimes able to shorten this to 2 days on some products for a fee. The fee is dependent on the product.  You would need to check with us beforehand what it would be, and before ordering your items.

Some products will take longer to arrive, such as promotional gifts, anything hand made and some of our larger items.

Most of our deliveries are made by DPD Couriers and will require a signature on delivery.

Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances or a unexpected events outside our reasonable control, we the delivery will be processed as soon as we reasonably can and will keep you updated regarding this via a support ticket. We will have no liability to you in that circumstance.

Where delivery is not possible, if you have not given us the correct delivery address details, our delivery service will return the order to us. We reserve the right to make a delivery charge for re-despatch of the order to the correct delivery address. If you have not contacted us via a support ticket regarding re-despatch within 5 working days, you will need to place a new order with us if still required.  The order will no longer be eligible for free delivery.

You must notify us within 20 days of the date that the order was dispatched of any failure on our part to deliver the order so that we can investigate the failure and take appropriate action. You should notify us via a support ticket.
