1. Payment

When you place an order online with us your personal data is safe.  We use PayPal to process your payment, enabling you to pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or from your PayPal balance. PayPal use state of the art security and encryption measures to protect your privacy and information.  We are informed that you have made a payment but your financial details are not shared with us.  If you pay by credit or debit card the transaction will appear on your statement as ‘BPUK’

2. Discounts

We may from time to time issue discount coupons via email or other marketing materials such as leaflets.  The coupon code must be entered during the checkout process, and within the duration of the offer.  Any discounted order placed within the last 5 days of the offer will only be allowed if your artwork is signed off within 14 days.  Otherwise the full price will be payable.

3. Returns

We are only able to accept the return of a custom printed item if it is faulty. To return an item please open a support ticket within 3 days of receipt of the item for a returns code number.  Items must be returned in their original condition and secure packaging at the buyer’s expense.

Please note that personalised items, custom printed items and special order items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

4. Cancellation

To cancel an order please contact us immediately via a support ticket, as once the print process has begun orders for personalised items, custom printed items, special order items, cannot be cancelled.

5. Copyright

We will not print anything that contains any image, logo, brand name, trademark or other feature that leads us to believe you do not own the copyright to use the image/material. By sending us any artwork you confirm that you own the copyright or have licence to use it.
